Scene TJ is a clerk at city hall and has been overhearing from the lunch Area out of some politicians that Soapy Massage may be headed to get Closed down Shortly.
He’s heard some excellent things about the area and always wished to see. This weekend he decides to give them a call to get an appointment and stop by. When arriving at Soapy Massage, TJ is composed by Charlie, she invites him in and then sit down on the couch.
